ForteFit
Privacy Notice
Version 1.0 · 29 August 2026
ForteFit is a private tool your coach uses to program your training and
track your progress. This notice explains what it stores and how it is used.
Your coach — the person who invited you — is responsible for your data.
What is stored
- Your name and (if provided) email address.
- Your workout records: exercises, weights, reps, times, and dates.
- Your bodyweight, if your coach records it, and health information you share
with your coach so they can train you safely (for example injuries or
pregnancy). You provide these to your coach; the app does not ask you for them.
- Your login. Your password is stored only as a scrambled (hashed) value —
it is never stored or sent in a readable form, and no one, including your
coach, can see it.
How it is used
- To deliver your personal training: showing your program, recording what you
did, and tracking progress over time.
- Only your coach can see your information. Other clients can never see your
data, and you can only ever see your own.
- Email, when used, is only to send you your login link, a password reset, or a
workout summary. Your data is not sold, advertised against, or shared with
anyone else.
Where it lives
Your data is kept on your coach's own server and sent over an encrypted (HTTPS)
connection. It is not handed to any third-party analytics or advertising service.
Your choices
- You can ask your coach at any time to show you, correct, or permanently delete
your data.
- You can stop using ForteFit whenever you like; ask your coach to remove your
login.
Contact
For anything about your data, contact the coach who invited you to ForteFit.
